Mia Juanita Le Réal

"Honestly, I have always known this was what I wanted to do with my life: create, design, and own companies. One being a retail company with brands ranging from skincare and cosmetics, to fashion, to home essentials. As well as a mass media conglomerate with Media Entertainment companies. When I was a little girl, I had a great passion for creativity from writing stories, from making songs on the piano, sketching fashion designs, learning about architecture, and of course playing in my Mom’s makeup.

While the creativity side of me bloomed, so did my ambition for leadership. As a little girl, I just loved to challenge and motivate myself which lead me naturally develop the skill of leadership at a young age. I just  also loved being in charge honestly, and I loved that the adults in my life from my family to my teachers allowed me to express that passion, and for my peers to always trust me as someone they could see as a leader. It’s been a fulfilling role since I was young, stressful at times, but more rewarding than anything, and I love that I’m able to carry that into my career.

I’ve always had the same dream of developing and operating my own companies curated around my passions, and my goal has always been to make it my career. I didn’t want to play the game, I wanted to own it and make it mine. My determination is to not only make my dreams happen, but work them into succession. While people all throughout my life told me I wouldn’t be able to do it all, or casted their fears onto my dreams, I stayed motivated, and continued to work hard and pursue what I knew was my calling. If I have a goal, my life’s determination is to achieve it, and continue to elevate which is what I plan on doing with my companies. It’s the same mindset I have with my education and personal lifestyle and it has helped me achieve a lot in those areas, so I can’t wait to see what the future holds for my companies. This is truly my lifelong dream, and I have worked incredibly hard for this moment. I hope to inspire many with my businesses, my life’s work, and all Mia Le Réal has to offer.
